Current Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday are shipped the following business day.

We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or federal holidays observed by the United States Postal Office (USPS).

If your order is flagged for review, this may extend the processing time until we receive the requested information. If your order is flagged we will contact you via the telephone number provided on your order.

 

 

Shipping Process  

After your order is processed, your USPS tracking number will be emailed to the email address listed on your order.

After receiving your tracking number please allow 24 hours to see tracking updates in the USPS system. Please be sure to track your package daily to ensure you receive your order promptly.

All packages are fully insured against lost/stolen items while "in transit" with the carrier. 

If you have questions regarding your shipment or tracking number after it has left our boutique please contact USPS 800-275-8777. Please have your tracking number ready and provide it to the customer service representative. Shipping Methods 

(USPS 3-7 business days) - FREE for all orders 

(USPS 2-3 business days) $15 

(USPS Express 1-2 business days) $35 

(UPS) Based on destination. Pricing will display on the checkout page.

International orders can select carrier and shipping rates on the checkout page. We are not responsible for duties/taxes incurred on shipments.

 

Cancel/Change Order 

Once your order has been placed modifications and cancellations will not be granted. Please be sure of your purchase before checking out.

 

Restocking Fee

Orders that are returned due to incomplete shipping address, refusal, or missed delivery will incur a 30% restock fee. Abandoned pick up orders (orders which have not been picked up within 5 business days) will incur a 30% cancellation fee. 30% will be deducted from your order total and the remaining will be refunded to your method of payment.
